Cardio Training & Weight Loss
Cardio training gets your heart rate into your target heart rate zone. This means we get your blood pumping, get you breathing hard, sweating and burning calories – and burning calories leads to weight loss!
Core & Strength Training
Your core consists of far more than just the abdominal muscles. A strong core is key to better performance. We target all the muscle groups that stabilize the spine and lead to that strong svelte shape.
Flexibility & Balance
Flexibility exercises improve overall ease of movement, decrease stress on the joints, and reduce risk of injury. Balance training improves your equilibrium and is essential for various sports and fitness activities.
