Carlos was born and raised in Novato, California where he was involved in sports, including baseball, karate, and football. He attended college at Santa Rosa Junior College where he also played baseball and earned his AA degree in general education. After spending several years in the restaurant business managing a restaurant in Marin County, Carlos decided to take his passion for health and wellness and start a new career as a personal trainer. He has been the Fitness Director for both Meridian Sports Club Rolling Hills in Novato and Fitness Director for the state of the art gym at the Osher Marin JCC in San Rafael. Carlos is continually expanding his education in the fitness field, including earning certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, IFPA and NESTA Adventure Boot Camp.
It is my ultimate goal to provide complete training and conditioning including nutritional education to my clients in a supportive family-like environment that’s not only challenging but also fun to do!
